This is one of my favorite stores. They seem to have their act together and on the rare occasion of a mistake, they are happy and quick to fix it.
Roaches. This was one of many. Place is filthy. Gross!
i order panera atleast once a week to work & i have a dairy intolerance and cannot eat cheese. i normally never have a problem with customizing my stuff to have no cheese. today i ordered and put no cheese on my order and my sandwhich came with cheese on it. had to scrape half of my sandwhich away and throw it out. very disapointed and will probally not be ordering once a week anymore.
