Panera seems to have fallen over the years
Now on top of watered down smoothies, they have changed their bagels...The bagels were like store bought bagels, and not even good store bought bagels at that.
I did a app delivery order and they would not give my delivery girl the food because they were “closed” even though she had the verification so I had to call and speak to the manager to have them bring my food to the door for her. Don’t recommend placing a delivery order within one to one in a half hours before closing)
