Good food, arrived quickly and accurately. Front counter staff was friendly.
I used to think Panera was a safe bet, but this location proved me very wrong. The food was overpriced and slapped together with zero care. My order was wrong, lukewarm, and missing items, and when I pointed it out, the staff acted like it was an inconvenience that I even noticed. The real issue was management. I get online and order chicken noodle soup and most days and I mean 90% of the time it should be called chicken broth soup I have one noodle tonight. This is ridiculous. Somebody in charge needs to look at the soup. I have a video tonight if you need to see my broth soup.
Food was great. There chili is really really good!
