Whoever is managing this Panera should be embarrassed. And I’m sure it might come from above them. In a word it’s understaffed. Food wait was significantly longer than expected, mostly just due to someone not running pickup orders out. The fancy lemonades and iced teas being empty or almost on the way. You can tell the staff that is present are stressed. That was unfortunate
The food and service has improved a ton over the last few years! Back to a go to for me
Good coffee stop
Was here at lunch today and waited forever to put my order in and receive my food. It seems everywhere you go now the main priority is uber eats and door dash orders before the customers that are standing in the store. The was not that many customers waiting ahead of me for my food, was not extremely busy for such a long wait.
