Food is good but a little expensive.
1 Star I stopped at Panera yesterday to grab something on my way home, and it was a very disappointing experience from start to finish. The self-order kiosk doesn't have an option to pay with cash, so I wasted time trying to use it before realizing I had to order at the counter. Then I had to wait about 10 minutes because no one was working the register. When I finally ordered, the employee rang me up for a large mac and cheese when I had asked for a cup. Somehow this is the only Panera that sells yellow water with broccoli for broccoli cheddar soup. Thought it was a fluke a few months ago. Tried again and ended up with $4 yellow water again. Please stop adding water to stretch it. Always out of bagels too. How is a “bread” place out of bread so much?
Typical Panera experience in a smaller-sized location. Unlike many newer Panera cafés, this one does not have electronic ordering kiosks, but the service and menu are exactly what you would expect from the brand. A convenient spot for a quick meal or coffee stop.
Very nice staff, however the place is dirty, the men's bathroom has had a leak and water on the floor for months. No soft drinks for days on end because they're out of CO2? Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday... Not good. I visit at least a dozen locations on a regular basis and this location needs serious attention.
