I am currently at this Panera location. I ordered one salad stuffer and have been waiting for almost 20 minutes. No one has bothered to say anything to me (or any of the other people waiting) about the wait or anything. Terrible service.
The food here is always exceptional. HOWEVER, the service has declined astronomically. I placed an order and went next door, telling them i'd be back in a couple minutes. When I i returned and asked if the bag on the counter was mine, an older woman with masculine features, i'm assuming is the manager, snapped at me saying the order was for someone else. I live in dormont and I'm closer to the Greentree Panera but my friend drives me all the way out there to your location because the people are so sweet there and so accommodating shout out to Brittany the cashier you are awesome they are lucky to have you and you deserve to have a raise in my opinion thank you and God bless
