Not enough help. Never got waited on.
New update: 2025. I hate to write this, and have put it off, but the last several times I've been here have been disappointing. I keep trying, because it was one of my favorite places. The "chocolate croissants" are no longer croissants and I'm not sure you can even call that chocolate. It's very fake tasting now and they're some sort of weird folded things. We love panera food, this was our first time going to the one in Holland and the service was terrible. They messed up our order and we let it go. Then I had dessert that was very hard( I get one everything and there never like this) we went to go ask for a different one and they refused, no refund, no replacement and just a lot of attitude from the staff and manger. Won't be back!
