I don't really eat Panera Bread too much.I do - there quite a bit for other customers.It's always lobby's always got a good amount of people in it.The parking could do better
Food is always great while service is lacking. Inconsistency is also a problem when it comes to portions. Edit: I refuse to eat at this place as it now feels like waffle house. People sleep in booths with their belongings spread out in the dining room. This has made me and my party uncomfortable.
Went to Panera in California, MD this morning to have breakfast. As usual, the food prep staff were efficient/speedy, but the front counter folks were a joke and behaved as if they couldn't care less if we were there. The food was quite good, but the coffee was monstrous. It was weak and off-flavor, meaning it tasted watered down.
