I go to both Prince Frederick and Annapolis MD locations. Used to go to the Edgewater location too but they closed during COVID and never re opened. Have been a customer for decades . My general take: food quality varies widely with the recipe. Prep usually consistent and well done. Beverages: only ever get iced black or hot tea, as I can't drink caffeine or sugar added drinks, and their decaf coffee is usually cold and old. Got much worse within the past year alone. They are putting less filling in sandwiches now – to the point that it's ridiculous.
Generally OK, but you sold me a rancid cinnamon crunch bagel, and judging from other reviews, I'm not the first one.
Honestly, this is just an "ok" for me. The food and service are average. I mean what do you expect from meals made with a microwave, and young staff members more interested in their social life than their work life. The overall vibe when I ate there was a little neglected. The counters needed to be wiped, napkins and condiments needed refilling, and overall just a little "love" from staff/management would make a major difference. Sadly, for almost $75, I would expect a little better.
