I did a mobile order to this location 1 hour ago- only to reach this location and not find it. Apparently someone has taken it. There is no monitoring system so had to wait till they did the order again. They then gave me the wrong item and put in the very ingredient that I was allergic to. Lost confidence in this location.
I go to both Prince Frederick and Annapolis MD locations. Used to go to the Edgewater location too but they closed during COVID and never re opened. Have been a customer for decades . My general take: food quality varies widely with the recipe. Prep usually consistent and well done. Beverages: only ever get iced black or hot tea, as I can't drink caffeine or sugar added drinks, and their decaf coffee is usually cold and old. Got much worse within the past year alone. They are putting less filling in sandwiches now – to the point that it's ridiculous.
