It's not even just this Panera. All Panera's are horrible now and they're so quick to give you a refund. How about you just get my order right so I can eat 🤨. I'm convinced that the only way Panera can be the bomb to you is if you don't have any customizations because any change no matter how minute is gonna mess up your whole order. Food and service as expected. Friendly kitchen staff. Parking lot was too small and I had to park in another lot.
Ordered Soufflés in the app and when we got there they said they had no soufflés. In the app the soufflés were not sold out, mind you that I ordered at 8:20am when breakfast ends at 10:30 am.
Possibly the slowest Panera I’ve ever been to. Ordered ahead and still sat in the drive through line for 15 minutes.
My significant other decided to treat himself with a gift card. He walked in the Panera and ordered 20 Oz caramel latte with 2 additional shots of espresso this morning. The order was incorrect the cup was 16 Oz and no additional shots. He still took the cup not wanting to make a fuss. He just return not even 10mins ago from a second trio. Clearly they can't make the same mistake twice. Damn near you got the cup right but the latte wrong filling up the cup with mostly foam and still not putting the additional shots as asked.... read more
