I placed an order at 12:40pm Friday Feb 6, 2026. Turner Hill store. The charge was $34. They took my order and left it at the wrong place. I asked for a re- do, Instead of a refund. It was my job, my lunch. Called 3 hours in advance now!! Manager said "I'll re-do it" Well I didn't get the specifics, I didn't get my soup and it didn't get to me until 4:25. Mind you I am off at 5. Poor sloppy service!! What happened? Was never like this before. I really want a refund for how sloppily they handled me. -$$$ my money back. Pisse... read more
