Bathroom is nasty. Urinal doesn't work. No towels in dispenser. Toilet filthy--hasn't been cleaned in weeks based on dust accumulation. Got me wondering how clean the kitchen is 🤔
Typical Panera but definitely has some issues. Came here twice and both times the person taking our order forgot what our drink orders were and we had to repeat them again at the end - kind of like they were on a script to ask about drinks at the end? Weird. Also some quality issues in the kitchen. One time I ordered a sandwich that seemed to have been prepared on the same surface as a cinnamon roll so there was cinnamon and sugar stuck to the bread of my BLT - made it taste very off.
