As I was waiting for my food another customer comes up to get her food and rudely says "By the way, nobody can you hear you out here. It’s like your whispering" Although everybody else heard their name and came and got their food. She then cussed the employee out stating she was deaf and something inaudible about deaf customers. Today I picked up 18 individual orders for a volleyball team, the manager Amanda was great to work with and did a fantastic job having it prepared and ready on time. Excellent customer service . Thanks Amanda- it must be the name!!😉
Good Panera Bread Location, always really quick and accurate with orders
This Panera has ruined how I feel about all Paneras. Without fail, every time something is wrong, not hot enough, terrible service, etc. Today I picked this soup up for my 7 year old recovering from the stomach bug. And this was the chicken in her soup. 🤮
Over priced macaroni and cheese and Tomato soup set me back 25.....I won't do again
