My orrder was almost an hour late. Driver almost forgot to hand me my drink. I start eating my sandwhich and find plastic in it. Really? I order all the time and this never happened. I get it on a busy day or night. But putting plastic in my meal is not cool.
We have frequented various Panera locations, this specific location is one of the cleanest and best managed of any you'll find.
Very disappointed only 1 Cinnamon Toast Crunch bagel left. It was later at night. But most disappointed in the discontinuing of the Pean Brade. Replacement much more dry. Not near as good. Hope someone at this local location can let corporate know.
Great place to go have some warm soup, meet up with a few friends and say hello. They have delicious iced tea.
