I work nearby and ordered a salad thru Uber Eats a few weeks ago. When it arrived more than half the greens were wilted and mushy. Mind you the dressing was on the side so it was just nasty old lettuce basically. I tried contacting Panera but since I ordered it thru Uber Eats I was told to contact them. I wrote a review on Uber Eats but since I got no response. Then, today I ordered from there and my beverage didn’t arrive. Came in for a quick snack while studying and had one of the best conversations with Marlene!! She was so sweet and friendly it made my day so much better!
Marlene made our whole experience so enjoyable! She was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed without us even having to ask. The service was outstanding from start to finish, and it’s definitely one of the reasons we’ll be coming back.
