I was thoroughly impressed with my recent takeout experience. During my Tuesday lunch, I ordered a "Pick Two" for delivery and was pleased to receive butter for my baguette and a pickle for my sandwich—a first in my experience with this chain. Having placed orders at various locations across different states, I can confidently say this branch exceeded expectations. The staff deserves commendation for their attention to detail and commitment to exceptional service.
Has anybody EVER gotten bread bowl from here that wasnt ice cold in the middle? 4th time in the last year I received a semi frozen bread bowl. One time I even went in to have them replace it and they handed me another semi frozen bread bowl. I told them this one is frozen in the middle too. Then they handed me ANOTHER frozen bread
Food is just okay at best at Panera. Nothing really exciting, but consistently okay. Service usually pretty good. Sometimes out of drinks at the drink station like ice tea today. Restaurant needs a remodel.
