The staff weren’t friendly, and the place wasn’t clean enough
I had an absolutely incredible experience at Panera Bread that restored my faith in humanity, and I have to give a huge shout out to the team, especially the Manager Lauren, for their outstanding integrity and compassion. Here's what happened: I accidentally lost my wallet near the ordering kiosk, and inside it was $2000 in cash – literally everything I had to my name at that moment.
