I love Panera, but the manager happened to be in today and she was so warm and kind! If I lived in this area I’d always come here— just for that smile and kindness! Thank you!
I enjoy Panera! Michael was very helpful explaining the menu and choices especially for my daughter who is vegan! My mother and I enjoyed the tomato soup and Mediterranean sandwich duet! So good!
The kiosk credit card machine wasn't working so I had to cancel everything and start over at another terminal. When I completed my order there was no one up front to give me my food, they were in the kitchen talking to each other. If I didn't already pay, I would have walked out.
I seldom write reviews however today I can’t help myself. I stopped at Panera on Daniels before an appointment at 7:30 am. For over $17.00 the soufflé was dry and cold and could not eat it even warmed up in the microwave. It appeared to be yesterday’s soufflé. The coffee is watered down and was not hot, the only saving grace was the bagel to go otherwise for $17.00 I spent was a waste. I used to stop frequently but not anymore. The manager needs to learn that Panera used to be crowded because the food was hot, and very good.... read more
