Walked in a little after 6am. Staff was extremely friendly! I ordered 2 dozen bagels, they were helpful with my order and took the extra time to slice them all for me as well. Thank you staff for a wonderful experience and your friendly attitude so early in the AM! They even offered me a drink while I waited. That was so kind. I will be definitely be back.
Good customer service good staff
As usual everything was perfect! I was at the location just before lunch menu was changing from breakfast.l was a little sad that there were no more souffles but I do know that they're good and they're gone everyday. The new breakfast sandwich was good.
HORRIBLE TRAUMATIC experience!! I placed an online order that somehow never showed on their end of the system! I was asked for my order number and proof of purchase even going as far as wanting to see the email which I showed proof of everything several times. The store manager let me know that its not in the system after me proving that I did indeed ordered at this location. She went ahead after about 15mins. and taking screenshots of the order off of my phone and had the line cooks to prepare my order. I received it still ... read more
