Did a pick up order & bakery item was missing…. My fault for not checking bag. I got a email from Amy saying she’d send a free voucher for a Pick Two… I said that was fine but I’d be happy with a one just for the bakery item, I emailed my information & address back….. That was April 24th…. I’ve called twice & both times there’s no general manager in or a manager that can help me…. I used to love this place & this experience just ruined it.
Unfortunately, Panera changed the recipe for their French baguettes and now the quality is really poor. Sadly, no longer interested in this pre-frozen dough style baguette.
The cinnamon crunch bagels used to be one of my favorite things in life. It's been a good year though since I ordered some. I just threw the dozen I purchased today in the garbage. How could you go from the best bagel ever on Earth to inedible in a year?
Service was great, food never disappoints. My favorite place to grab some quick soup.
Walked in a little after 6am. Staff was extremely friendly! I ordered 2 dozen bagels, they were helpful with my order and took the extra time to slice them all for me as well. Thank you staff for a wonderful experience and your friendly attitude so early in the AM! They even offered me a drink while I waited. That was so kind. I will be definitely be back.
