Very friendly and inviting atmosphere. Always love coming here. The manager today (Zuleika) went out of her way today, multiple times, to make sure I was taken care of. Excellent customer service.
Sandwich was fresh and soup was good nice and hot
The service was great, the food was mediocre. We went to eat dinner at 5pm, but almost every choice had to be substituted. No Turkey, no bread for the chicken salad sandwich, no milk for coffee. I felt sorry for the manager who had to apologize nonstop for being out of items. You would think that Panera can afford to keep the restaurants stocked with the items needed.
Everything is always great here! Tonight Miss Z made sure our meal was perfect!
