Horrible, deplorable, low-class, dirty, and in dire need of renovation and new management. Customer service stinks! Ordered food for dinner online, along with a salad with grilled chicken in it, and took it home only to find out there was a salad, but no chicken at all. Called the location and asked for a manager, who advised me they would refund only the chicken portion back to our credit card, and add a free meal up to $15 or so, onto our next online order, which never happened. Went there for breakfast and tea. No hot water, no half and half , or any creamer at all and no Splenda, not just no Splenda, they are OUT of Splenda. Come on guys do better. I shouldn’t have to bring my own Splenda, this has happened before at another location. Inventory issues? Just fix it please. You owe me 5 bucks for the Splenda btw
So slow the service, I was waiting for 20 minutes after the app said your food is ready!! This happens only in this Panera. Other ones are really fast.
Ordered the roast beef dip sandwich, was so excited for it, but the OLD question... WHERE'S THE BEEF comes to mind. All you tasted was bread or bread and dip (French onion soup). Sooo Angry!!!
