I had a really disappointing experience at Panera today. First, there was no one at the counter to take my order—I had to wait around before anyone finally came. Then, when I went to get my drink, there was no ice in the machine and the screen told me to go to the pick-up station, but no one was there to help me, so I ended up with a flat soda. This store frequently is out of key ingredients and the tables are not cleaned between patrons. Often the food is thrown together- no attention to details. Sad since this is the only store that uses delivery services.
