Absolutely horrible service and crew I DoorDash mac & cheese, and a soda and a cookie and when I got my food, there was no mac & cheese and it was soup. When I called to address the issue, the best thing that they could do is give me a free mac & cheese and remind you I’m at work so there’s no use in that. I couldn’t just leave work to get my mac & cheese. That’s why I DoorDash it. DO NOT USE them for DoorDash!!
I haven't been to this location or any panera for the last few years because the last time i was here i had a bug in my food. I recently decided to give it another try, and they have huge roaches running in the lobby. If they are in the lobby i can assure you they aren’t avoiding the kitchen where the food is. Absolutely sick to my stomach.
