We used the self order, no one was there to take our order. Place was really dirty. Needed to have some attention out front. Homeless guy enjoying the beverage area prior to snuggling up in his blanket and sleeping in booth.
Normally i have no issues with panera. But when i am working, I cannot order via the app, and am required to order through doordash which wont even let me change the BREAD on my sandwich. I usually have to call to ask them to change it, im used to waiting a hot minute i know theyre busy. But a lot of times it just rings till it disconnects you have to call like 3 times to get ahold of anyone to request a change! Its really uncool when if corporate allowed for delivery or special instructions on doordash this would be a nonis... read more
Went in and it was dead but still took over 10 mins to get a turkey sandwich. And it was wrong and I had to drive back to get it fixed. Well they fixed it by making me a ham sandwich. Wow, just wow. Not worth the trouble for $16. Disappointed all around. Do better.
