Both times I’ve been here there’s been zero or incredibly slow service just to get a cup of coffee. Coffee isn’t hot and instead of a jar or machine for cream you gotta open 7 creamers. Seems like Panera needs to pay a better wage.
I and my wife went to the Panera Bread restaurant located at 5091 Bayou Blvd, Pensacola, FL 32503, on November 24, 2025 for lunch. This was our first time eating there. We placed our order and then sat down. We ordered a bowl of Creamy Tomato Soup. I ordered a whole Toasted Italian. My wife ordered a whole Grilled Chicken & Avocado BLT. The cashier told us that we get two French Baguette with our orders. I got a Coke and my wife ordered a Crème Brûlée Latte. $30+ for me and one child to order lunch. The bread was tough and stale. The soup was lukewarm and tasted like bagged pre-made junk. We'll never be back.
