I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with this location. The first time I visited, I paid for a full Chicken Fontague sandwich and was shocked by how small the portion was. It looked nothing like what I paid for. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and assumed it was a mistake. Unfortunately, my second visit was even worse. My husband and I ordered a breakfast sandwich, a bagel, and a cranberry cake for dine-in service, and they put EVERYTHING on ONE plate. Seriously? Slowest/ rudest staff in existence. Always out of everything. If you get in the drive through line with more then 2 cars plan on being in it for an hour. To be real no point of coming to this location between staff/ lack of basic menu items and the wait better off driver across town
Monique at Panera(Window) is Delight :) Every time she’s at the window I know my order is going to be correct. Polite and very reassuring & makes sure you use your app to you advantage.
