I don't understand how the short haired manager is still manger. She's mean rude and just isn't welcoming towards customers. I was so happy to come here until I saw her. She always seems put out to help anyone and is just condescending.

As someone who visits several Panera Bread locations in the NKY/Cincy region frequently, the Buttermilk Pike and US 42 are two locations that have an extremely clean atmosphere, a great crew of team members, & the service is always impeccable! Keep up the great work at ALL Panera Buttermilk Pk and U.S. 42 locations 👏 🙌 👏 🙌 👏
my salad is beautiful
The food is delicious although it doesn’t say a lettuce sandwich with a light spread of chicken salad??? Come on we pay well for that sandwich. You are not cheap so don’t provide cheap
