Placed an order hours in advance for over $50 worth of food. Received sandwiches with like no egg and 1 piece of bacon on it. Called the manager, told them about it and was told that they would replace the food with whatever we wanted in its place. Came back to the store with a photo of the food we got and was then told they won’t replace all items messed up and was given similar items. I don’t appreciate the miss communication I would rather have had my money back. Won’t come here again. This is Not a $7 sandwich. Period.

I really like Panera but this location is just so poorly managed. Every time we go there’s an issue with our order. They don’t make menu items properly, or they flat out don’t give us part of our order. Usually they’re just out of common staple items. Unfortunately, today was the last straw and we won’t be giving them our business anymore.

We had a pretty big order so I understand a simple mistake. But not one of our orders was correct. Zero baguettes were given as sides and any specifications on meals were not respected. The workers just put whatever they wanted on each sandwich and called it a day. An absolute disgrace for how much you spend on this place.
