Self service kiosks not a welcome addition. Terrible service Panera has turned into just another fast food restaurant

I love fedora and taheer they get 5 stars 🌟 for always being there and working hard … management should give them a raise and supply more napkins and stock overall
What a disgrace! The person that took our order was not friendly at all. They had no napkins, no toilet paper in the girls bathroom, and no diet soda in machine!!! When I asked for a napkin, the kid said me, we don’t have. How can you be a restaurant and not have napkins? Can somebody just run to the store and buy some for now? Unbelievable
If I could leave a 0 I would the staff constantly walks by and ignores the customers who are waiting to put in orders. Ever since COVID this cafe has gone down hill with the installation of self serve kiosks and what’s is that if you are a sip club member they never get your cup ready. I’ve literally waited 10 minutes to place a coffee drink order and energy drink order as well.
