I had a wonderful experience at Panera. The food was delicious, and the restaurant was exceptionally clean with a calm and welcoming atmosphere. Victor, who took my order, was kind, respectful, and very helpful. I highly recommend visiting this location if you're looking for great food and outstanding service.
Probably the worst experience I’ve ever had at Panera. The music was way too loud - we couldn’t even hear one another speaking across the table. They said they couldn’t turn it down because of corporate (??). Used the kiosk to order, which was apparently a mistake as several items were left off my order and they acted as if I should have received them at the front when I ordered.
