These group of people are working are slow, it's not even a busy day. And they can't seem to get the orders ready and correct in a timely manner
Jay the manager today went above, beyond. There was a miscommunication of my order. But they promptly adjusted and prepared my order wonderfully. This location has always been fantastic to my lady… it’s a favorite of mine too now. Thank you
I used to frequent this place with a few close friends almost everyday. The staff is amazing with the exception of maybe one or two rotten apples the food is always decent who i dont think work there anymore cause i havent seen them and one long haired gentleman who is not so gentle or polite and happens to be a manager. Anyway lately there has been this older African American man and his even older mother who are homeless and i guess decided to make panera home.
