Do not go through the drive up. I sat here for an hour already and there is no way to even get out. Cars are stuck. I'm absolutely disgusted and will never come back to the Panera on Maywood road ever again and go through the drive up. This is ridiculous. They need to hire or shut down. I have been ill and ordered the chicken noodle soup as it is supposed to be "healing". None of it closely resembled "homemade" but more from a "soup starter". One piece of chicken and about 7 noodles. Not sure yet about the healing property but I am out $10.00
This restaurant is well managed by Xavier Maldonado. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The food is delicious, healthy and is efficiently prepared. The breads are baked on the premises, with no preservatives, a healthy aspect. I heartily endorse this location for its service, good quality, cleanliness and fair pricing.
Manager was unprofessional, told me I had to use the kiosk because they were understaff and swamped with orders which was not true because I could see 8 to 9 people working in the back making orders. Second how can this Panera be swamped at 11:00 am when there was bare any customers or soldiers at this time. Poor managerial skills and customer service.. Plus with all the people that the manager has, it takes them 20 minutes to make a sandwich and soup.
Be sure and check to make sure you have everything if you order in the drive thru. Ordered two sandwiches today. Got home and no chips. Panera has no "contact us" on their website. Wanted the manager to know. Hope the manager sees this.
Panera On North Peters Road in Knoxville Tennessee. DO NOT GO There! The people are rude and I placed an order online at noon , it said it would be ready at 105 I waited until 145 almost 2 hours
Horrific service. My husband had requested the chicken soup to have chicken and noodle in the soup as previous order out had only broth. A manager in the kitchen then started announcing her Panera policy to not ensure the soup had content. This quickly escalated to one of the cooks threatening my husband and I to *&^% us up.
