Not only are they the slowest place ever they also arent careful and put plastic in my mac and cheese that I ordered. The food tasted like it was super old the noddles were kinda crunchy at the bottom and couldn’t even chew them. This panera always disappoints me!
I waited in line 20 minutes in the drive through just to order food actually nobody even asked for an order or spoke in the drive through. Don’t go here. It was only 7pm! I saw other people going in to pick up orders inside and staff refusing to serve them
The Panera you expect, done well here. Good food, great breads and treats, very friendly staff. Clean and well sanitized (this nurse checks that out!). I usually order by the app, and they haven't missed yet . A quick addition- today, there was no counter staff, all ordering had to be done at the kiosks (tablets on a stand.) Food was still very good.
They handed my bag of food to the car in front of me grabbed it back yet still have it to us. Then they forgot our Dr Pepper and refused a refund absolutely crazy will never be back
Takes 40 minutes to get your food with 3 cars in line.
