None of the electric plugs work. You can't even plug in any charger. So lame. You would think in a so called "nice area" that they wouldn't do that. Unacceptable that they make every plug in not work. What if you needed to get on your laptop or phone or both and not run out of a charge. Leaving and never coming back. This is the worst Panera Bread I have ever went to. Also the tables and furniture are old and janky and the tables dirty
I was charged additional for asiago cheese for a caesar salad when they were out of parmesan. No One communicated to me that it would also be an additional cost for me to have a cheese supplemented due to their shortage. Spoke to the manager and she also did not point it out I would be charged additional due to their Parmesan shortage.
