Feels like they are gaming the 'speed of service' to make their numbers look better at the expense of respect for customers' time.
They’re out of so many things every time I’ve visited even first thing in the morning.
Customers are sleeping on the floor. ? Waited 10 minutes to make an prder and went out. A lot of employees moving around but nobody ask me what I want to order ? Employees not trained at all. Update: The employee are still not trained. You have to wait in line a long time because they so not know how to ring things up. Employees don't understand English...
I had a tooth extracted a couple of days ago, so I was looking forward to something smooth and easy to drink. I purchased a Mango Smoothie today, and while the flavor was good, I was disappointed with the consistency. It wasn’t as thick as a smoothie should be, and there were several large chunks of ice throughout the drink. Overall, it tasted good, but the texture definitely missed the mark. Truly disappointed!
