My personal experience with the food has usually been positive. However, this review isn’t about the food — it’s about management. I’ve noticed several reviews mentioning a rude manager without naming her. The general manager’s name is Tina. I ordered my food to go, and when I unwrapped my sandwich, this is what it looked like. The entire sandwich was completely soggy, the bread was smashed, and everything looked like it had just been thrown together. There was no structure at all the filling was soaked through the paper, and the bread was falling apart. It honestly looked unappetizing and careless. I was really disappointed because this isn’t what you expect when paying for a meal, especially one meant to be handheld. I couldn’t even eat it.
