I ordered online at 12:10PM with a 12:20PM pick-up time for a salad and bread. I got in line at 12:15PM as the line was 6-7 cars deep. As I waited, I noticed that orders being placed at the drive-thru where delaying the process as the drive-thru customers were not moved forward so the online orders could be picked up. Sixteen (16) minutes, 12:36PM after my schedule pick up time I got my time at the window, my order was ready and when I got to the office my order was shorted.
