Three of us had a delicious lunch today. The food was very good. The restaurant was clean. All items were fully stocked for the customers' use. The only things missing were salad dressing for the salads and pecans in one salad. The servings sizes were very small compared to other times we've eaten there. Could be they were low on food on a Sunday afternoon. All in all, we had a good meal.
Ordered catering for a work meeting, half of my order was missing. Tried calling the store for an hour for no one to answer. Ended up going in person and instead of apologizing to me about my order being wrong I was scolded about “ordering the wrong way”. I ordered through catering on the Panera app. Very very disappointed and will not be ordering Panera for an event again.
The food is healthy and tastes great
If you’re wanting to wait 30 minutes everytime you order, definitely come to panera! wait times are getting crazy especially for drive thru.
