Out of the last 4 orders of Bacon, Mac, & cheese I’ve only received 1 order with bacon.
Paneras customer service has plummeted tremendously everytime I place a rapid order it’s incorrect and all they can ever say is I’m sorry and that goes without saying obviously.. If a customer asks for sauce on the side it’s clearly because they don’t want their sandwich sloppily thrown together with sauce dumped on it and prefer to add it themselves if they ask for no tomatoes clearly they either don’t like tomatoes or they’re allergic either way everytime and I mean everytime I place an online order it’s always incorrect a... read more
I was having a really hard time getting my food delivered the other day and it turns out DoorDash was shut down. As an overly emotional pregnant woman lol, I was beyond grateful that even though he did not need to the general manager himself delivered my food himself. I’m thankful there are still good people in this world! 10/10 recommend this location!
