Food great! Especially soups! Prices are little high. Atmosphere is a little dated, but overall a great improvement from past years.
I work for a delivery service in my free time. I recently had a pick up at the Elizabethtown store. The order was over 10 minutes late being ready, and in the time I stood there waiting I watched the staff moving extremely slow and unmotivated, the manager on duty had a chat with employees in front of the counter without offering any help or explanation or apology of any kind. Mac and cheese is good
Went through the drive thru. No one was behind me at the time, nor in front of me. Ordered my French Dip meal. Even though it wasn’t busy, once others pulled up after me, I was left in parking spot 1 for 15-20 minutes due to them WAITING for the last order so they can bring it out all at once. This is unacceptable! My food was cold by the time they brought it to me. $16 for a sandwhich with BARELY any meat on it, and a half filled French onion soup. That Michael guy is awesome. Super good time here. I didn't know what to get because it was my first time. He told me to get this good sandwich and he made it mikes way. Super awesome time here I WILL COME BACK.
