I love Panera but this one just seems to struggle. There is either a bunch of staff standing around talking while mobile orders are 10-15 minutes late, it’s always dirty, and they can’t get the orders right. I watched one person make a blt wrong 3 times and most recently forget my pastry and bring me the wrong one after being shown the picture. Not to mention my soup being basically goop and my Mac being cold. $40 to just be disappointed is not the vibe.
I go here just for the pastries
I usually do not leave negative reviews, But I feel like this should be something that should be looked into or taking care of. I have went several times to Panera bread at this specific location and majority of the time when I go this place is never busy but the dining room area is filthy and I mean filthy, I have seen the same food and stains there from previous times so I know that they are not cleaning the dining room room at all. Ordered 3 you pick 2s for my family for pick up, two were with salads. Got home and there were no salad dressings with the salads. Disappointed and not driving all the way back. The bare minimum required in food service is to ensure orders are correct.
