Two pieces of bread and some cold soup for dinner. Ordered uber eats to my hotel this evening and what a disappointment after a long day of travel. The bread had practically nothing in it and the soup was cold with no spoon provided in a take out order. If you're hungry and tired pass on this one as you'll be hungry, tired with less money afterwards.
Please announce yourself at the registers. If you don't you will stand there waiting and waiting and waiting all the while one of the team members fills the punch dispenser and never cares to tell his fellow comrades that a customer is standing there. My goodness; what's in their punch that makes it more important than a customer? This will be my last time here.
The manager working the evening of August 2, 2026, was incredibly helpful and quick to find a solution. Even though I was initially frustrated, she remained calm, professional, and understanding throughout the interaction. She reassured me, addressed my concerns, and resolved the issue efficiently.
