As much as I love Panera, this has to be the first time I’ve been disappointed. First time going to this location as it’s near home but typically I order from Herndon as that is where I work. I ordered half soup half sandwich. Soup was amazing except the cheese was clumpy and not melted. Not the complaint here. The tuna sandwich or lack there of was all bread. Barely any tuna at all. Pictures to show. I’ll always go back but this here was expensive for a bread sandwich!
The silverware is covered with soap residue and other impurities. Please make sure to clean them properly to protect the customer’s health.
I haven’t eaten at this Panera before. The service was exceptional. The tomato soup was especially delicious. I added a chipotle chicken avocado melt and that sandwich did not disappoint.
I had a salad & soup 4 lunch ! & it was fabulous !
