Food was okay, for the price that people often pay it should be slightly bigger portions and fresher items. Customer service at this specific PB location was about a 4. They don’t greet you and they barely talk even if it’s about an issue for an order that you’ve paid for.
I purchased 3 soups on 1/27/26 at approximately 4:40pm. It was apparent the young man on register was in training. I presented my gift card and he attempted to swipe it after I tried. He then got a manager a rude (female w/dark hair), she said to me "where did you get this from, it's probably not activated". I advised her it was a gift and I'm sure they gave me a good card. I've been coming to this location for years. I really enjoy the sort of secluded alcove they have in the back. I enjoy coming here every so often to drink coffee, listen to music and do some writing. The staff here is friendly and it's great you can get refills of coffee for free.
Kid picked his nose. Touched fountain spigots. Managers are also extremely rude and customer service doesn’t exist. Paid 30$ for 2 sandwiches. Spoiled arugula and spoiled tasting spread on spoiled bread. And very dirty always
