Absolutely the WORST customer service ever at this location. Long story short I went through the drive through on Monday March 24 placed an order for 2 bagels and a chocolate chip muffin, paid for my order took the bag and didn't look until I got home and noticed my muffin was missing. I went back to the store to inform them that they forgot to place the muffin in the bag. Just got a sandwich in their drive through and they didn’t heat it or even put the ingredients on top of the bread. My worst experience ever at a Panera, currently making my own sandwich with the ingredients they gave me since they didn’t bother to smh.
