I just randomly stopped at this Panera for some soup and I expected the usual Panera service. But I was pleasantly surprised to find a very engaging staff with a vibrant environment. Lenin stood out as he greeted each customer and hand delivered all the orders. It caught me off guard and I thanked him for being so kind. Thanks again Lenin!!!
10/10 John had amazing customer service
Lenny was such a great reminder of what customer service feels like. He was very kind the first time I came in yesterday, and this made me return for a second time today to study and have their delicious chicken noodle soup. I also liked the creme brule latte. But back to Lenny's customer service, he remembered me and asked how I was doing and thanked me for coming. in addition, he handed out samples to the customers that were dining there. My favorite Panera to go to. Relaxed atmosphere and kind workers.
Really nice servers, timely with the food. But the soup was lukewarm at best, and the Mac and cheese was borderline inedible. Seemed like it was left out for days. Soda flat as can be too
