My favorite quiet time reflection spot in the UES. It's got some competition but none offer the familiar coziness of Panera......yet. Getting settled into Manhattan is a oddly paced process
Walked in to place an order at the front counter with my daughter and this girl that was mopping got upset because I walked on the floor that she just mopped. First of all, she should of put a sign on the floor to indicate that the floor was wet. She also displayed a nasty attitude that made me feel very uncomfortable. The store also had an unpleasant smell when i walked in.The other girl at the counter was polite, but I decided not to order and walked out. I will not be stepping foot again in this location.
Place is dirty, food is good, service is bad. For some reason, the cashier is always mad when taking orders
