I went to PB prior to noon and order one of the salad stuffers for the first time and great quality Cesar with chicken was great BUT I would like to highlight TWO employees who made my two visit memorable. Nassir (hope that’s the correct spelling And Luis ..these two guys are what make the world a better place , they were genuine, they were accommodating.. and good people doing a great job. Unforgettable experience. Thank you guys
Fast service, clean dining space, friendly staff. The dining area is a little small compared to the older Panera locations where you could camp out for hours studying, but it delivers on speed and friendliness. In-App ordering very fast.

Bad experience, I found a hair in the middle of my sandwich, and before ordering, I had already noticed an employee with a shirt covered in visible hair, which made me concerned about cleanliness. The manager apologized and offered a free sandwich coupon, but I expected a more serious response to a food quality issue.
Did an online order through them and they did not add the sausage on my breakfast sandwich. Only egg and bread.
