My brother in the hospital asked for Panera French onion soup, but can only have liquids. Brent and Liam (manager) were so helpful. They strained it and were so kind. The food was good, as usual.
THE DRIVE THRU TIME IS RIDICULOUS!!
Just moved to the area 4 months ago hrs ago, decided to give this Panera and DoorDash a shot as they are 30+ min from me. Huge mistake. DD uninstalled and this place won’t get any further business. My wife recently had dental surgery and is insanely limited on food options. She choose a soup and a Mac and cheese. All she received was the small soup so her dinner was screwed. And there was no way to correct it due to distance, just a crap situation. Uninstalled DD and won’t try Panera again.
Manager was rude almost condescending for no reason, I was inquiring about menu items and he was really rude. Then told I was paying with a “fake $20” when presented with cash. Very uncomfortable, the woman where you collect your food was very sweet and polite
