My wife and I love this Panera bread. Ozzie went out of his way to serve us today and the food and service is always great. Very nice friendly staff including the manager!
My husband and I went there today, January 10, 2026, for lunch. The young lady that was working at approximately 1:30 behind the register was so professional, sweet, helpful and friendly. She made such an impression on me that, as soon as we got in the car, I said to my husband that I was going to leave a review. All too often people complain about bad service.
