Jeremy is amazing. He is always so kind and so helpful whenever I come in greeting each customer that walks through the door and leaving everyone with a smiling face once they leave that guy deserves A Raise

I was amazed how they have changed. Soup was cold both of them I ordered. The bread they threw in with it was like out of the freezer cold. The crunch wrap no idea why they call it this as was supposed to have everything that a salad had just in a wrap and all i had was lettuce and a few chicken pieces. I had not been there in a while and most likely will not be back. Customer service was excellent

I asked for two bowls of chicken noodle soup. One had a lot of broth some noodle, second had less broth barely any noodles (second picture). You would’ve thought someone ate out of this already. I’ve spent over $14 for this????

Panera used to be my favorite. My husband and I decided to give it one last try, from the two last yucky experiences. It was worst than before.....we left half of our meals uneaten, and will never return. Quality of food is nasty at Panera, Le Madeleine and MacAlisters is by far superior. You can't even have fresh lemon, with your iced tea.
