Store looks good but service is not the best, food is always good 👍
We eat at Panera routinely and really enjoy it. This was our first visit to this location and unfortunately it was not impressive. These were the worst salads we've ever had at a Panera. The lettuces were not fresh, which is pretty important. Looking at other reviews of this location, salad quality appears to be an issue, so order accordingly. The rest of our food was fine and came out quickly.
Update 3/20/2025: Updating my review to 4 stars. It looks like the store has turned around and the last several orders have been much better in food quality and quantity, with no errors in the to-go order preparation. Well done, Panera! Update: 8/18/2023. I tried ordering again on the outside chance they've corrected their issues. This time there were 3 or 4 apple chips and NO chicken. My one-star review still stands. I ordered a tomato soup bowl with bread on the side and a whole baguette. Waited in line for what seemed to be 20 minutes and they didn't even ring up or give me my baguette. And after waiting 20 minutes, I didn't want to wait any longer to get it. I wanted a whole baguette and I get a PIECE OF BREAD??? Sad day
