Update, still the worst fast food in statesville and the attitudes are terrible in addition to being over priced. What happened to you get what you pay for ?
I don’t get what the 1 star reviews are talking about, but this location is golden. We came here for lunch from a road trip, and the food came out in 6-12 minutes, and it was prepared carefully and was tasty as usual. Fast service, good food, and upgraded location
Food is usually pretty good, but service is very disappointing. This location has opt'd to do the "no public-facing staff at the front counter" thing and just put kiosks for you to take care of yourself. No one available to ask questions. I'm guessing they'd get better reviews and more business if they went back to the normal operation of human interaction with their customers.
No one working the front register and the self served area was not functioning properly.
