Haven't been to Panera in about 20... The food is still as good as it was back then
All doors were locked and customers had to let us in. Staff member did not want to provide me a to-go bag when asked. Bathrooms need some work.
Placed an order for scones and they were ready when I arrived. I went in to look at other bakery items. Three scones were in the case however the lady waiting on me had made my order for the 5 I picked up and gave me a lecture on how she had to use everything they had in stock to make my order and could only make 3 extra. I just moved to this area and in the past I had ordered from both Boone, NC and Hickory, NC and never had any problems. Says they close at nine so I drove out door said nine and website said nine everything was locked. I called and they said they close at 8:50?? Website and door should match when they actually close. Just wanted to grab a drink quick.
