Been here several times. Friendly staff and good food (expected quality from Panera). Nice, safe choice for a quick bite.
First time going to Panera is definitely my last. When i called with a question regarding one of the new food items the women that answered the phone had no idea what i was talking about (she was the Manager). When i placed the order and went to pick it up i couldnt believe how slow they were and what little amount of food i got for such an expensive price. I will never go back there again.
