Everything was great except the atmosphere, it was very cold in the dining room. I have an app on my phone that reads the temperature indoors. It displayed 68.3 degrees (F). We had a party of 5, and they all said they would not return because it was so cold. A lot of the other people in the dining room were wearing sweaters or light jackets. It was over 90 degrees outside.
Portions are getting smaller, but prices are on the rise! This place was run down and smelled funny.
Josie is the main guy at the register during the weekdays, and I drive out of my way to go to this location because Josie does such a fantastic job! He is awesome and really sets a nice tone for everyone in the restaurant. The Sunday morning staff is not the same experience, and there have been at least two times that I couldn’t get waited on. So I go to another location on Sundays.
I have been to this location multiple times I put in a catering order for an event that was having I had to stand and wait for coffee for over 40 minutes because it wasn’t ready and I was late to my event. I contacted the manager and she said she would just give me a gift card. I never received it. Also, I tried to give them another chance so I went through in the afternoon for a sandwich and do some computer work. It was about 4 o’clock. The staff is super loud behind the counter.
