Beyond awful experience. Never the one to write a negative review, however, when we walked in all of the kiosks did not work, no help was offered and we were battling with the kiosk for 10 min. All good, we ordered: We waited and saw our order was finished but there was no sight of it. We proceeded to wait, and saw everyone was getting their orders that came in after us. I don't come here to frequently but when I do the staff are friendly and the food is decent enough. But please, mop the floor! Everytime I enter this location there are stains on the floor and its super stickey. Its actually quite gross and I'd hate to think what the kitchen looks like.
For 3.99 that may have been the worst and most expensive single bagel I eve had. I don't like to complain about price; but, if you charge 4 dollars a bagel it should be good. Mine went from bag, to taking 1 bite to the garbage. So over cooked I couldn't eat it.
Why would you come here when the employees are putting saliva slop on your sandwiches and also using their dirty phones and then making a sandwich 🤷♀️
