This was honestly the sloppiest Panera I’ve ever visited. In order to even get my food, I had to stand there and wait just to be acknowledged and they were not even busy. If they were packed, I would understand but that wasn’t the case at all. In particular, my order was messy. The chicken noodle soup container had broth all over it and the sandwiches had wrappers covered in grease. Very disappointing experience and I wouldn’t come back to this location.
manager Edwin was professional, patient, and made sure everything was handled smoothly. You can really tell he cares about customer service and creating a welcoming environment. Appreciate the positive experience
I find myself going to Panera bread pretty often during lunch as a healthy option that I can pick as well as affordable. I've also joined the sip club because I find that it's a great value for getting my coffee caffeine in the morning as well as during lunch time.
