I don’t even quite like Panera Bread, but my mom does, so I went in to get something for her. I was already having a bad day so I just wanted to be in and out, however, when I ordered my food the bubbly girl in the front was so sweet. Her attitude was so contagious, and it made my day better. When my food came out, she had drawn cute thingy hamsters on it, I was so appreciative of this silly cute gesture. So, thank you Eden, for making this sad girl’s day exponentially better.
This is a great place to study and the team leader Donald made it such a great experience, wonderful person!
This place has gone down rapidly in terms of how to manage customers. I went in today and ordered meal for the kids along with an apple juice, waited patiently and got the order ready. There was no apple juice so I asked there if they are going to give me or should I get it from the front. Employee checked the receipts that I paid for the juice and told me to pick it up from the front. Assiago bagel stack was the worst I have ever tried in panera. Bagel was doughy, steak in it was that little in it that I could count the slices and they put 1 pound of Argula to make the sandwich look big. Coffee was out. And inside was cold.
