Drive thru always takes longer than necessary for the smallest orders. To the point that going in is more convenient. The young lady who is there is always nice, but someone needs to assist her or others with drive thru.
Car side pick up needs to be organized. I waited 20 minutes in line due to someone being in front of me. I’m assuming the car in front was waiting for their order to be made. But this caused a line and frustration from customers just trying to pick up their food which resulted in 2 of us getting out of line to just get it inside the store. This location has an pleasant atmosphere and will be greeted promptly, but what I received was not pleasant. I ordered lunch/ dinner ( a bowl of cheddar broccoli soup, a whole sandwich, beverage and cookie) early because I couldn’t eat it at that time and would be immobile later….The soup was 95% cheese w/3 small pieces of broccoli in it (and not too much else in it)… it was ill-proportioned….the sandwich that I usually get was disappointing and unsatisfactory…I didn’t even eat it …what is this ? Keila is the best and sweetest worker ever. She helped me out. Super nice to customers.
I used go this place often when I had my spring classes because its right next to my college whatever I ordered they always provided me with enthusiasm. Today, I went there and staff who was taking my ordered he messed up but when I went to return they gave me for free as they supposed to..other than that no disappointment ever from this place
