⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Victor at Panera Bread was AMAZING! Truly one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. He was upbeat, friendly, and so attentive from start to finish. He made me feel genuinely welcomed, double-checked everything to make sure it was perfect, and kept such a positive attitude the entire time. Usually have good times at Panera but this location sucks. Multiple comes coming and they don’t silverware available for dine in when it’s not close to closing time. Food wasn’t even hot wouldn’t consider it warm. Had to go back up to the counter twice because we were missing bakery items. The second item they didn’t have anymore which I understand but when we talked to the manager Jordan about it he had an attitude about it and when he turned away he shook his head at one of his friends visiting the store.
