At the time I visited, service felt like it took too long. Even after using the restroom, still had to wait a bit. It appeared that there was adequate staff, but they were even too busy not to greet me as I entered the location.
This is not the old Paneras. The bread was not toasted correctly. Did not taste fresh at all. I miss the old fresh baked paneras.
Long wait rude behavior by employees and staff
I’m kind of surprised this place hasn’t expand the drink and snack yet. But still Love it!
