7/29/2025 Corporate Panera Bread may care about helping charitable organizations, but your management staff at the store level does not. Particularly at the Tomball, TX location where today's opening manager told me to "go back to your church I don't have time for this" after I had arrived 15 minutes before opening to pick up the bread donation I was supposed to pick up at closing last night. service was great - woman at the front was very kind
I do not recommend the drive through if you need to be out within 15-20 minutes! I’ve been sitting at the drive through order station for 15 minutes alone being told to wait….. worst drive through service ever…
