Upon waiting 9 minutes for someone to take my order, I went ahead and used the kiosk. Mind you, 2 people in the kitchen looked up at me several times and I even called for help twice. They ignored me. The kiosk wanted a pager #, yet no pagers were available. I asked very loudly for a pager, I was shouted back to put my name in the machine. There was only #'s. Then a persin walked in behind me and THEY got service! Most of the dining tables were dirty. Not the best experience.
It took them 30 minutes to give me my food in the drive thru. I ordered three cups of soup and one sandwich…???
