We walked in to an empty restaurant. There was no one to help us at the counter but around 8 employees. One gal came out and said someone will be with you, and was working on a machine. Another gal came out, no name tag, ignored us until I asked if someone was going to take our order. She said I can, as she rested her elbow on the raised counter and her head on her hand. This location recieves a fail in my opinion when comes to the expectation of quality when you think of Panera. How hard is it to complete a simple order like a bowl of chicken noodle soup with baguette and extra butter? I've given this location many, many chances over the course of the years. And the outcome is always the same. They can't complete even the most simple of requests.
