Served me a soup mixed with water
i usually use the drive thru bc it is more convenient on my lunch break but almost every time I go through, they mess up my order. The food is good so I don't really say anything but is almost comical at this point.
What is going on with Panera Bread lately? I’m paying the same price but getting smaller portions. I ordered an Asiago bagel and received something completely different. When I asked, they said portions have “recently changed.” Honestly, it’s not acceptable. I’ve been to many Panera locations before, but I was shocked at what I got today. They’re selling a half sandwich as if it’s a full one—and the half now looks more like a quarter. On top of that, the tea section was a complete mess. Very disappointing.
