Capitalism needs to start remembering who supports it. The purpose of a chain, or franchise, is to have consistent quality and taste across locations. Serving soup that borders on inedible due to it not being creamy at all, where the liquid drains off your spoon easily, leaving a pile of barely cooked vegetables that stab your mouth from the firmness is inexcusable from a entity as large and as established as Panera.
