Horrible service, long wait for food, poor food quality. Had evening event every Monday and stopped in a few times for snack and drink. Saw and heard employees verbally battling a customer from out of town. How embarrassing that this is the experience they get while visiting KC. If the hefty young black man behind the counter 10/27/25, spent more time working and less time being rude to customers, maybe there wouldn't have been a 45 minute wait for food. The service is terrible. Ended up getting a refund for my order.
Very busy location. They struggled a little with the morning rush but the employees were trying to work quickly. I like that they took the time to make sure orders were correct even though it was busy.
