Good choice for lunch
Easily the best panera in KC. The food is whatever but the staff is wonderful. They're so sweet & patient, always friendly & willing to help & even when they're slammed with orders everything comes out well made & on time
My soup was good, but they have no ice at the drink station and continue to sell drinks. No sign, nothing. If you are charging $3.59 for a fountain drink, you better have ice. The workers look miserable and I know it’s not their fault when these things happen. Management needs to do better.
