Terrible experience at this location. Very slow service, 40 minutes I was waiting my food. All tables are very dirty and it doesn’t seem like anyone cares.
Letting your customers block your register and self order kiosks is a good way to lose business.
I’ve never had to wait so long in my entire life for not even good food. 45 minute wait for my order
We came in as a large group during lunchtime, we had exceptional service, the food came out hot and quick especially considering how busy they were. Everyone was working hard and seemingly very well managed, manager was hands on and encouraging. Special shout out to KACI (manager) and MINERVA! They made our first team lunch in KC a great one!
