We came in as a large group during lunchtime, we had exceptional service, the food came out hot and quick especially considering how busy they were. Everyone was working hard and seemingly very well managed, manager was hands on and encouraging. Special shout out to KACI (manager) and MINERVA! They made our first team lunch in KC a great one!
This location has really gone downhill. At 8:30 AM, they only had two brownies in the pastry case and only one flavor of bagels. Stood there several minutes before anybody came from the back to even say can I help you? It’s old and tired and obviously management doesn’t care anymore.
I’m honestly so disappointed. The customer service was disgusting and the food was thrown. I waited for a hour for a single bagel and I didn’t get a receipt! I also wasn’t given my cup that I ordered lemonade for and the cashier had a terrible attitude. The general manager was complaining about how many tickets there and said everything but what I asked (which was an update on my order). I will NEVER return.
This place was horrible. Customer service was really bad. the general manager was very rude to customers, as well as her own employees. i waited an hour for a sausage and egg bagel stack. I heard the general manager say “yea we lost the sausage, but we found it” WHAT DO YOU MEAN YOU LOST THE SAUSAGE!!!!?!?!?! The general manager was looking for empathy and pitty.
