My experience here was absolutely horrible to the point I need to write a review in hopes the company will see and make some changes. The reduction in hours hits early risers and night owls. I know franchises can't do anything about Sip Club no longer being actually unlimited, but... yeah, 6 AM to 10 PM is always best for Panera standards.
The only reason that I gave a 3 star is the price. I feel a drink should not cost $5. I can buy a 2 litter for less.
Me and my mom came for lunch a few weeks ago and got our order wrong so we came back and got our meal for free. Panera never disappoints!
Always fresh and delicious! The staff is amazing, very attentive and it’s extremely clean. New lunch spot for sure!
