The staff is always kind
Helpful staff and quick service! You can't beat the fresh baked baguette! 😊❤️
Ivy is also so great at the front, happy to have such a nice lunch spot right in the middle of town. Always have fresh food & drinks!
Friendly staff but struggle with accuracy of orders and food quality. I was so excited to finally have Panera in Redding but food is so far below other Paneras on West Coast, I am unsure how they can call themselves a Panera.
I received great service today. The manager Joe went above and beyond what I had asked for. He was a great help. I appreciate the attentive service, and I also love the autumn squash soup.
