Everyone loves Panera Bread.
Employee handling dough to prepare pastries was not wearing gloves for food prep. She turned from the baking trays to open the oven behind her, returned to her work on the pastries , moved some dough from one baking tray to another, wiped / scratched her nose with the back of her hand , and continued working on the dough. Witnessed this at the Westchester location and reported it to the manager.
